Versionv2.4 (October 2026)
Section 01Binding Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Structural Scope

By accessing, browsing, extracting, or implementing materials from ConnectorIntent Atlas ("the Atlas", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our companion policies, including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

These terms govern all access to our taxonomy schemas, notation models, connector disambiguation rubrics, error classification rules, and diagnostic case files. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately terminate access to this platform.

Section 02Ownership Rights

2. Intellectual Property & Notation Rights

All original semantic notations, relationship definitions, edge archetype models, taxonomies, diagrams, visual design systems, text descriptions, and interactive diagnostic components on ConnectorIntent Atlas are the proprietary intellectual property of ConnectorIntent Atlas and its contributors.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review, reference, and adapt semantic classification principles for internal engineering, academic study, and software architecture diagrams under the conditions set forth in Section 3.

Section 03Usage Guidelines

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Users of the platform agree to adhere strictly to constructive, non-disruptive analytical practices:

  • Permitted: Applying our notation syntax (e.g., Notation Basics) to design clear system flowcharts and microservice topology maps.
  • Permitted: Quoting short semantic definitions with explicit contextual attribution to ConnectorIntent Atlas.
  • Prohibited: Bulk automated scraping, uncredited commercial syndication of our reference taxonomies, or re-selling our case matrices as standalone libraries.
  • Prohibited: Any attempt to probe, disrupt, or compromise the server infrastructure or client-side assets of the Atlas.
Section 04Semantics Baseline

4. Diagram Semantics & Reference Accuracy

The semantic archetypes and connection paradigms cataloged across our Connection Semantics guides are educational and informational reference standards designed to eliminate ambiguity in software engineering and system architecture.

While every effort is made to maintain rigorous formal correctness, system topologies vary widely by domain. It remains the sole responsibility of the practicing engineer, system architect, or organization to validate whether specific edge semantics satisfy the security, transactional, and architectural guarantees of their target environment.

Section 05Integrations & References

5. Third-Party References & External Notations

ConnectorIntent Atlas frequently references external architectural standards, formal modeling languages (such as UML, C4 Model, BPMN), and cloud infrastructure design patterns. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

References to external tooling or modeling standards do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or formal partnership unless explicitly specified.

Section 06Legal Limits

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All materials, interactive diagnostic guides, and diagnostic matrices (such as Error Analysis) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Under no circumstances shall ConnectorIntent Atlas, its creators, or contributors be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from architectural decisions, system downtime, documentation inconsistencies, or operational failures arising from the interpretation of our materials.

Section 07Versioning

7. Protocol Modifications & Revisions

We reserve the right to revise, update, or expand these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. The "Version" date indicated in the metadata block reflects the latest formal revision cycle.

Your continued engagement with the platform following any modifications constitutes formal acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 08Contact & Jurisdiction

8. Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws applicable to modern digital publications and software information services. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of ConnectorIntent Atlas shall be resolved through good-faith technical and legal negotiation.

For inquiries regarding licensing, extended attribution, or semantic contributions, consult our About Project documentation.
